How Liscairn MyDocs handles your information

Written in plain English. Check it against the code if you like — that’s the point.

Your document list never leaves your browser

Everything you type about your own documents — answers, locations, reference numbers, issuers, dates, contacts, and notes — is stored only in this browser, using a technology called localStorage. There is no user account, no login, no server-side database of your documents, no session tracking, no analytics, and no third-party scripts. Nothing in this category is ever transmitted anywhere, under any circumstance.

This also means it’s only on this device, in this browser. Clearing your browser data will delete it. Export a backup from your register when you’re done.

Documents you add yourself stay yours

If you add a document that isn’t in our list, it works perfectly in your own inventory and stays on your device. There is no way to send us its name — we never know about it.

What we never collect, under any setting

Passwords, PINs, or login credentials — there is no field for them anywhere in the app.
File or photo uploads.
Your email address.
Any branding, marketing, pricing, or upsell content.
Links out to commercial services.
